About

A collection of small web tools that each do one job well. They're free, they work on your phone, and they don't ask you to sign up.

What every tool here has in common

A tool only belongs on this site if it's something you'd come back to. So every one of them follows the same rules:

To keep the tools you use most within reach, pin them with the star and they'll sit at the top of the home page. Tools you've used recently appear under the search box.

How tools are made and checked

Tools are built with the help of AI, and a person reviews each one before it's published.

Some tools rely on outside information, such as an average reading speed or an airline's baggage rules. For those, the tool's page lists each source and the date a person last checked it, so you can judge how current it is. A tool that depends on outside information isn't published until that check has been done.

Use results as a guide

We work to keep every tool accurate, but we can't promise that a result is right for your situation. Rules, prices and policies change, sometimes without notice. For anything involving your health, money, safety or legal position, confirm with the official source or a qualified professional before you rely on a result.

Keeping it free

The tools are free to use. To cover its costs, the site may show ads, include affiliate links and accept voluntary support. Whatever is in use, three rules apply:

The privacy and disclosures page lists exactly what is in use right now.

Missing a tool?

Search for it on the home page. If nothing matches, you'll see a link to suggest it. You can also use the “Suggest a tool” link at the bottom of any page.
